Criterion Capital
Planning portfolio for one of London's largest private landowners.
Overview
Conica Studio has worked directly with Criterion Capital — the largest landowner in the Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square corridor, with over $9bn AUM — on planning visualizations for multiple repositioning schemes across their London portfolio.
Approach
Criterion Capital's strategy is rooted in adaptive reuse: transforming obsolete commercial and industrial buildings into new residential, hospitality, and mixed-use assets. Our role has been to produce technically accurate, context-sensitive visualization calibrated for planning submission and consultation, imagery that communicates architectural intent while meeting the evidentiary standards expected by planning authorities.
