Project overview
Hendrix House is a 59-unit condominium at 250 East 25th Street in Manhattan's Kips Bay, developed by New Empire Corp with architecture by DXA Studio and interiors by Paris Forino. The 12-storey building introduces curved corners, oversized windows, and a bronze and brick façade to the neighbourhood, housing studio, one-, and two-bedroom residences priced from $895,000 to $3.145 million. Occupancy began Summer 2025.
Our role
Conica Studio delivered the full architectural visualization package for Hendrix House between 2022 and 2024, producing exterior imagery, typical residence interiors, amenity spaces, and marketing visuals used across the sales gallery, project website, and press distribution. Our imagery led the pre-construction marketing campaign and supported sales from launch through handover.
