Cinematic animation and lifestyle content package for a 67-storey supertall residential tower in Miami Worldcenter, developed by Naftali Group and designed by Arquitectonica with Rockwell Group interiors.
Project overview
JEM Private Residences is a 700-foot supertall tower rising over Miami Worldcenter in Downtown Miami, Naftali Group's inaugural project in Florida. The 67-storey building houses 259 condominium residences between floors 43 and 67, alongside 550 rental apartments on the lower levels. Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Rockwell Group, the tower sets a new benchmark for luxury residential development in South Florida, with residences starting from $540,000 and a sky villa featuring FENDI Casa interiors sold for $9 million, a record $2,500 per square foot for Miami Worldcenter.
Our role
Conica Studio delivered a full motion content package for JEM Private Residences. At its centre, a cinematic hero animation translated the tower's undulating silhouette and skyline presence into a moving visual narrative. Around it, we produced a library of lifestyle vignettes and edited short-form cutdowns of the hero film, together forming a content ecosystem that fed Naftali Group's social media, digital campaigns, and international investor communications throughout the pre-sales phase.

Sales launched in 2023, with groundbreaking in Q2 2024 and delivery scheduled for 2027. JEM served as host venue for industry events including Commercial Observer's SFL Executive Leadership Reception.
