Project overview
The Cove Residences is a 40-storey boutique condominium tower rising on the Biscayne Bay waterfront at 456 NE 29th Street, in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. Co-developed by SB Development and Hazelton Capital Group, the project comprises 134 one- to four-bedroom residences with floor-to-ceiling glass, wraparound terraces, and natural-material interiors. Architecture and interior design are by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design and Dieguez Fridman Architects, with residences starting in the $900,000s.
Our role
Conica Studio produced the lifestyle video and motion content package for the pre-sales campaign of The Cove Residences, commissioned by OneWorld Properties. The deliverables included a cinematic lifestyle video capturing the waterfront setting and design language of the tower, alongside a library of lifestyle vignettes and short-form cutdowns edited from the master film — forming a coordinated content ecosystem for the project’s digital campaigns and social media. We subsequently produced additional content featuring Fredrik Eklund on site, shared across his personal channels and The Cove Residences’ official account.

Deliverables
A $170 million construction loan secured; groundbreaking March 2026.
Sales launched in 2023 with an initial campaign led by OneWorld Properties. Sales and marketing are now led by the Eklund | Gomes Team at Douglas Elliman Development, with delivery scheduled for 2028.
