Private Residence Biscayne Bay
Architectural visualization for a private island residence designed by Brillhart Architecture, exploring tropical modernism and the glass pavilion typology.
Project overview
A private residence conceived as a single-storey glass pavilion on a private island, drawing on the principles of Florida Tropical Modernism that Brillhart Architecture has refined across its award-winning residential work. The design elevates the living volume above the landscape on slender columns, framing uninterrupted water views on all four elevations and extending the interior onto a cantilevered terrace with a circular infinity pool suspended over the bay.
Our role
Conica Studio produced the visualization package for the design presentation to the client, translating the architectural intent — the restraint of the concrete roof, the warmth of the timber soffits, the dialogue between interior library and exterior horizon — into a coherent atmospheric reading of the project.

Presenting a private residence to a discerning client?
We produce discrete visualization packages for private commissions — atmospheric, restrained, built for design presentation rather than public campaign.
