Private Residence · Sausalito
Architectural visualization for a hillside residence in Sausalito, California, designed by Ro Rockett Design — a concrete house carved between street and garden, framing views across Richardson Bay.
Project overview
Perched on a steep hillside in Sausalito, the residence is a concrete house carved between street and garden, with faceted planes opening toward Richardson Bay. The geometry negotiates the slope while shaping daylight and framing the horizon. The form draws on an unexpected reference — a custom car designed by the client's father — whose precision and sculpted surfaces inform the sculptural language of the house.
Our role
Conica Studio produced the architectural visualization for Ro Rockett Design, translating the project's material restraint — concrete, light, landscape, view — into a series of images that communicate both the tectonic precision of the geometry and the way the house inhabits its site.

Presenting a hillside residence where geometry is the story?
We produce tectonic visualization packages for architects — images that hold the restraint of the material, the precision of the line, and the conversation between building and site.
