Truman Brewery Masterplan
Lead architectural visualization for the Truman Brewery Masterplan, a 1.3-hectare urban regeneration scheme at Brick Lane, East London.
Project overview
Conica Studio produced the coordinated architectural visualization for the Truman Brewery Masterplan, developed by Grow Places with Buckley Gray Yeoman as masterplan architect. The scheme brings together plot designs by Carmody Groarke, Morris and Company, Henley Halebrown, and Chris Dyson Architects across eight buildings and 12,000 square metres of mixed-use space. Planning for the scheme was granted in December 2025, following public inquiry.
Our role
The brief required unifying the architectural language of five distinct practices into a single visual narrative, coordinating materiality, light, and atmosphere across eight buildings, public yards, and the interface with Brick Lane's historic fabric. Our imagery supported planning submission, public consultation, and the October 2025 public inquiry.
